In-app purchases are processed by Apple's App Store. All sales are final. Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in MathMind, including graphics, sounds, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

5. Disclaimer

MathMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for violations of these terms.
